  Everything was great. The only feedback I have is that my bear was shipped in an envelope not a box so his head got a little squished out of shape by the USPS. I should know better by now to ask about the shipping packaging first! Item as as described. Pricing was totally reasonable. I'd purchase from this seller again!

  Shipped promptly! Arrived early, solid packaging that kept it secure. The box was a little sticky, I assume from a sales sticker… The plush has loose strings on its eye that is not very noticeable in the photo at all… would have been a positive experience if those were properly disclosed. One issue is impossible to tell from the photo. The other additional photos or description could have cleared. For the price, I do not think it unreasonable to expect such. Not negative, just neutral.
