  Ordered this rustic reclaimed wood picture frame for part of a Christmas gift. It arrived in a box, loosley wrapped in bubble wrap. Nothing securing the bubble wrap so it came undone in shipping. The frame had two large noticeable chips right on the front of the frame. I cannot give this as a gift. I opened a return case and sent the seller a message with photos of the damage. No response. I had to contact eBay to step in and help as I was getting no help from the seller. Buyer Beware!!!!
