  I checked and confirm the seller has refunded the amount but don t understand why he agreed to sale and then later refused to send the items and preferred cancelation of sale? Perhaps he sold items on higher price locally? Thus unrealistic & totally unreliable seller. I will never ever will do business with him anymore.
