    Initially, I did not receive tracking information. But I did receive the package as promised. The previous comment about this seller was due to misunderstanding. I am now intend to leave positive feedback although reading/writing this USB drive is slow. I think it is OS level issue. BTW, I bought a 8TB drive instead of 16TB.

    One slipped out of the box in the driveway so when I opened it thought I only got 1. Contacted the seller and they responded quick, very apologetic and they would send another. Later found tge other and contacted them back to let them know. As far as the tools. They are better quality than what I thought they would be. Great product and value
