    My initial Feedback got the sellers attention, After that communication was very good. However my stance on shipping remains the same. The product as a whole is exactly what is described if not better. For what I needed it for which was parts for a project it was perfect. However, based on my testing, there is no reason you couldn t be able to get these up and running again with very little effort as tool batteries. Initial customer service 1 Star (easy fix) Quality of Product 5 star
