    Not sure if this is a hit on the seller or EBAY but I purchased a belt with a total cost of $19.49. I got the wrong width which is my fault. In processing a return the charge is said to be $16.47 as provided by the seller to be deducted from the amount paid. This is why I have given up on EBAY and will continue to strictly deal with Amazon or Walmart providing free shipping AND a reasonable return policy. I'll keep the belt as a reminder as I delete my EBAY bookmark. Check the fine print.
