    I accidentally selected the wrong SSD size option when purchasing - they cancelled the order as soon as they could and I was able to re-purchase with the correct option. Very helpful and were fine with me sending my own drive to add as a 2nd SSD (for them to fit so I wouldn't be breaking my warranty within minutes!). Good advice given. Excellent comms..

    sale rating: excellent eBay now prevents some feedback being given without a product rating. A bad idea which is impossible to honestly comply with for many products as, if new, one of the main criteria we should judge is durability, but feedback cannot be left at the end of the warranty period. I am rating all affected products at 3 out of 5, because I have insufficient evidence as yet. This is not advice on product quality; I just don't want to leave no feedback at all.

    Nice computer, very fast, and the purchase went smoothly.i bought it to edit video, but the video card is not high enough spec, but that's more a me being uneducated in such matters, and not the seller, I didn't know there was a need for vram as well as ram, so bear in mind if video is what you want to do with it.
