  I had a terrific experience. I purchased 3 T14 notebooks and all were like new. Shipping was prompt and they were professionally packaged, using notebook bubble containers. I tested all 3 extensively and they are in good order. I did find a bad wifi card but the seller responded within minutes and assisted me in getting a replacement card the next day. Every bit of the transaction was well handled. The seller was never more than a few minutes away, for any question I had. Very well done.

  Seller was extremely responsive and very helpful when it came to dealing with ever changing US tariffs. If you are buying from the US and are given an option, DO NOT choose UPS. They charge exorbitant fees for getting the package through customs and apply tariffs incorrectly.
