Won an auction for $1, they sent a message saying items "were out of stock" they WERE NOT OUT OF STOCK AS THEY HAD 3 OTHER LISTING FOR SAME ITEM AND STILL HAVE THEM LISTED OVER A MONTH LATER, they canceled order selecting "other reason" for refund (if they were out of stock they should have selected "out of stock" for the reason but did not as this affects their standing with ebay), then, shipped an EMPTY PACKAGE, again, to fool ebay and not affect their ebay metrics.     A+ seller exactly as described with fast shipping and a good price only thing is I received a defective unit it didn't pickup reception due to the plug that plugs into the radio wasn't glued from the manufacturer so it was loose and pulled off of the antenna wire but seller was very responsive to the issue and resolved it immediately a+ seller I look forward to doing business in the future
