  I received the pen, shipped very quickly and securely packaged. However, there was a small discrepancy between the description and the actual fountain pen. My question to the seller was answered very quickly. I said I was quite happy to sent it back for one that matched the description and wait for it, but beadqueen80 immediately made a full refund of the purchase to make things right as quickly as possible.   All of it came as described. Items looked new. I am very happy with how nicely packaged it was because it is a more delicate glass like plastic. I collect these and I ordered to share with student of mine so I appreciate the quick shipping and the price point for this. I wish they had more I could buy.
