  Made a offer which was accepted and resisted for a higher price. MADE A SECOND OFFER WHICH WAS ACCEPTED WAS CANCELED/REFUNDED. Extremely high price shipping and bad manners with their customers. BEWARE of these these greedy sellers.

  Buyer made offers from DIFFERENT eBay user accounts trying to get the cheapest price. Buyer negotiated cheaper purchase price and cheaper shipping, and then complained about the cheaper shipping service he or she requested to downgrade to. The more expensive option was a box packed with packing materials. And they chose a cheaper envelope option. Extremely picky and cheap buyer looking to scam sellers out of money and time. Not worth troubleshooting all their made up issues for any offer amount!
