Buyer negotiated cheaper purchase price and cheaper shipping, and then complained about the cheaper shipping service he or she requested to downgrade to. The more expensive option was a box packed with packing materials. And they chose a cheaper envelope option. Extremely picky and cheap buyer looking to scam sellers out of money and time. Not worth troubleshooting all their made up issues for any offer amount!
