  Because polish was packed in flimsy inadequate bag with very thin bubble wrap, it broke into pieces in transit, then polish poured out when I took it out from mailbox, onto floor and onto other items I held. I was post op had to clean polish off mailroom floor and my things, but polish stained my bag that had sentimental value. Seller first offered refund or new polish. I chose a new polish plus requested one free polish to make up for ruined bag. He has not answered or refunded for two weeks.
