  Friendly and item was packaged great, but the service was disappointing. I messaged the seller after 7 days of the item showing as not shipped. The seller said sorry and that they were on vacation and would ship it out soon. I shared with the seller to consider scheduling "time away" next time so buyers aren't in the dark. I paid the full price for shipping that shipped out 10 days after the purchase date. As a store owner, I'd have refunded the shipping or at least tried to make things right.
