    Looks like used - VERY VERY POOR packing and may not function properly - poor condition and packing - not a value at all maybe ok for 1/3 of the price - no way new - may send back - will not buy from this gang again - have to take an inventory to see if all of the parts are included as advertised - company is a zero in my books for selling, packing and sending in this condition. Avoid this place so consider yourself warned about CAROLINAPARTSAND GOODS ZERO STARS

    I was going to offer replacement parts for the pieces the buyer claimed to be missing, but after reaching out to this buyer in an attempt to make things right they quickly showed they were clearly not willing to work things out. in the end, they returned this item for a full refund. I apologize if any conditions of this item were not met and I will always try my best to work things out and assure costumer satisfaction.

    After I made the purchase, the shipping time was very quick. When I had an issue with getting the item, the seller was very understanding and worked with me. Through the misunderstanding with the post office, the seller showed concern of which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the item was sent back to them so I cannot speak on the description or condition of the item.

    The hands on the clock came dislodged, but that seemed like an issue with USPS rather than the seller. It was easy to take the clock apart and fix the hands. Despite the issue, the item came as described and presumably in the box that it originally came in.
