  The quality of the electric toothbrush is good. It was an open box purchase. I had some questions and the seller answered them very quickly which I was grateful for. It is not often you get a seller who does that. Usually you are waiting for days . The seller packed this item very well and it was delivered without incident. The value was great.   The first unit that was sent was not functional, however the vendor immeadiately sent out a replacement at no additional cost which I appreciated. Both units arrived well packaged. The replacement item works as advertised and I used it for the second time yesterday with good results. Cleaning the hair out of the unit is very easy and I find it preferable to using a razzor. Over all quite satisfied with the packaging, item and customer service. 👍

  The item itself is a fun addition to one's dental care routine but requires patience as it takes alot of practice. This seller is great, two parts were missing from the sealed box that is advertised on the outside of the box. Not the sellers fault that they didn't know about this weird situation. I simply let them know how disappointed I was and they quickly responded and sent me the missing parts pretty quickly. I'm very happy with the product and the seller.
