    As eBay suggested, I contacted the seller hoping for resolution, but no response. The item received looks nothing as pictured – false advertising. I love shopping on eBay, but sells like this give eBay a bad name and most cases. I’ve been very lucky in many cases I’ve gotten fake items. So yet again, I’m getting no response from the seller. I want a refund. I’m too old to fuss about returning anything. I think the seller needs to be more responsible.

Initially, you mentioned that the item was damaged by the courier when left in your mailbox due to its size; now you claim the item sent was incorrect. I accepted your very low offer in good faith and still tried to assist you. I always strive to provide good service, and I feel this feedback does not fairly reflect the situation or my customer care.
