    Was in touch with seller prior to purchase to ensure that filters were sealed in original plastic. Seller assured me several times they would be sealed. I placed an order, and upon arrival, the filters were not sealed. I reached out to describe the issue and was repeatedly called childish and threatened with being reported, which they claimed to do when I initiated the return. Great prices on filters, but seller is unprofessional at best.

    Yes, we were in touch, and I sent photos of the filters and waited an extra day to ship them waiting on your response. I think either way I would get negative feedback from you because this felt like another set up. I advertised these filters as no box, but yours came in the box. Why get angry at that unless it was a set up from from the start?

    Item was as described. It arrived in good condition. Better than paying full price for name brand. Only thing that was different from name brand was the sticky paper was white instead of clear but that shouldn’t be an issue. It arrived super quick because seller was fairly close geographically to me. I would buy again
