  Love the carrier. Makes vet visits with my chubby cat much easier. I do not love the way it was shipped to me. It was tossed inside of a poly mailer and damaged. I notified seller. The seller's response was to ship it back for a refund. Please ship these in boxes to avoid buyer dissatisfaction.
