My hat is off to these guys. They sold me the item I purchased at a great price. The items was shipped quickly and worked as as advertised. However, like a pain in the butt consumer, I found out that I didn't actually need the item. Despite being put out, they processed the return and quickly issued the refund. I had an issue with my item. Benzeen politely and quickly, verbally responded! Benzeen agreed with my position and quickly refunded my purchase. I understand the high positive feedback rating.
On the minus side, the shipping cost is high (imho). But I must admit, the packaging was well done. I doubt any damage was incurred upon transit.
Also note this seller has an unusual 1 year warranty. I expect to continue business with them.

The part was as advertised and the correct fit. The seller shipped the part quickly but used UPS who seemed to drag their feet and took over a week to get it here. They kept saying it was delayed due to weather for a couple days and then when it arrived at the last distribution location it told me there was an issue with it and delayed it another day. I would highly recommend this seller but I would request shipping by someone other than UPS.
