  Not as described. Will not work because the top jaw is bent and binding up. I've notified this person multiple times trying to figure out why I paid so much for a item that is useless. I don't like learning bad feedback, but some communication would have been great. Shipping and packing was great. . Something tells me that you knew about it and failed to describe as it is. Not Good!!!
