  Original despatch of the book from Australia was delayed and I had to chase it up when it didn't arrive. The seller apologised and offered a refund but I opted to wait. The missing book was then sturdily packed, speedily despatched, and arrived quickly and in pristine condition so I am happy I waited. Though they got off to a bad start, the seller redeemed themselves and I would buy from them again.

  Communication Prior to Buying was Responsive and Quick. However, having been Reassured that My Order would be Delivered by 'Local Postal Service', it Arrived by Private Courier. The Delivery itself took 25 Days to Arrive. Although it was Delivered before the Estimated Delivery Date, Locally Based Orders Shouldn't have to Take So Long to be Delivered. The New Item Arrived in Excellent Condition as Described. A Satisfying Buy at a Great Value Price but CS Advice Should've been More Reliable.

  Ordered 2 New double Vinyl LPs. Slow to process into international shipping, consistent with available feedback, but they did deliver. Packaging was not the toughest, but at least oversized, a minimum requirement to protect LP covers. Accurate fulfillment. Nice that shipping is free - built into price of course, but eases shopping and reduces mystery in international orders. I would use again, but price has to offset sluggishness in processing order.
