  The item was damaged by seller's cat right before shipping. Seller offered buyer a discount or buyer could cancel. I chose to cancel the order because the item didn't look the same. Seller was very kind and honest about the situation and promptly refunded my money. Although I was disappointed I couldn't get the item, I was grateful for this sellers honesty.
