  The seller said I bought it nearly 3 months ago (untrue) when it didn’t ship to me until a little more than a month ago. The item was kept in the box until this week because I bought it in advance of a birthday as a gift. I understand I’m requesting a return slightly outside of the 30 day window but that doesn’t change the fact that I was shipped a fundamentally broken item and the seller is refusing a return or refund. Also, again, this item was advertised as being tested, which, clearly not.

  Item was purchased nearly 3 months ago (March 2025) and buyer requesting return May 2025 coming close to 3 months, outside of the eBay's return policy. We apologies that the buyer had a bad experience but we believe we did nothing wrong by following eBay policies.
