  Not sure what’s going on with my order they told me my order will be here on the 23rd now they not sure when it will be delivered I have no information on the tracking just telling me last time it was scanned was on the 22nd in Rocky mount nc other then that customer services is acting real clueless on where my package they also told me to call the sender and file a complaint smh not understanding if my package was scanned in Rocky Mount then where is it?

  The seller misrepresented what the item actually was. I was to be buying a 2024 model as advertised Discovery 1 Plus but instead was sent an older model 2023 Discovery 1. The pictures were even the new model. Scam if you ask me and all of this was a big hassle. Upon processing a return the seller sent me a Fed Ex label that was only good for drop off, not pick up as it was brought. I contacted the seller and they were absolutely unconcerned and could only tell me to go drop it off.
