  Box was already open and re-taped when received. Part number on box (40030103) Part number on cover (1016 0103). There was no tie down straps in the box. Red tag in box states cover has to be strapped down for travailing. Said straps were supposed to come with cover. Can not touch base with seller, said no returns which is fine if you get what you ordered. So I'm out $130.37.

  Wanted to add a note to this. The buyer was unable to send us a message through eBay for some reason and once I noticed this feedback, I reached out to the buyer and resolved the issue to his complete satisfaction. We cannot adjust feedback after 30 days, so we are stuck with this but the buyer said if we could he would leave a positive note.
