    The item was described as new in box by the seller. The box was badly battered. It was taped closed. Everything inside was loose and rattling around. No cardboard to hold the items from rattling and shaking around. The instructions were in the box with evidence of water damage and the plastic bag they normally come in was ripped open and empty. This seller did a sloppy job of checking their product that they were selling before shipping and selling it on eBay.

    Much like you, I purchased this item thinking it was new. This is news to me. These come taped closed when purchased new anywhere, and the box wasn't battered when I dropped it off. That being said, you’ve made 0 attempts to contact me before leaving negative feedback (That says a lot More about you than it does me) Had I know this item arrived in condition other than described in the listing, I would’ve immediately made it right. This is not how you fix thiings like this.
