Problem may have been lower level customer service thinking could best serve company by saving them pennies by blind application of policy. Management has corrected that wrong decision and I would again use them but with caution re description of items and high shipping fees.

One notable downside, however, is that the shoes were not double-boxed; it was simply the original box in a shipping bag. Whether it occurred in-transit or prior, the box arrived pretty badly damaged. The lid is crushed in and there are numerous tears in the sidewalls and corners. So, like I said, the price was fair, but getting a beat up original box is a bummer.
