    I did finally get my order. In fact, she sent me two. We never did figure out why I didn t get the order she sent after the original erroneous order. But she did contact me and keep in touch with me on the last one. She was very nice about it all. I would definitely do business with her again.

    I did finally receive the item I ordered. In fact Bianca sent two. We don't know why I didn't receive a prior one sent out after erroneous order was sent. She was very nice about it and I would absolutely order from her again.

    The ornament was a replacement for the one my son broke. It arrived in good shape with an undamaged box and wasn’t missing anything! The shipping was terrible, but that was NOT the fault of the seller. USPS lost my package and it arrived 20 days after it had been shipped out. All in all, I was very satisfied and will use Bianca’s Awesome Finds again.
