    On the positive side, the item that I ordered was exactly as described and was packaged well. On the negative side, it took 2 weeks, 2 days to receive because of post office errors. After 2 weeks of not receiving the package, I messaged the seller but didn't receive a response. There was zero effort on the seller's part to communicate. Not the best transaction!

    I am totally amazed at how nice this hat is. It is like brand new. Pristine condition. The hat was sealed in a clear plastic bag and was shipped in a box so it wouldn't get damaged in shipping. Very fast delivery. Hat even hat a thank you card wrapped in a piece of cotton inside the inside band of the hat. I have bought a few hats online from different sellers but I WILL ONLY BUY HATS FROM THIS SELLER FROM NOW ON. Thank you so much for the wonderful hat, great price and fast shipping.
