    The seller didn’t realize the item was used and listed it as new. I don’t believe there was any intention to deceive, but I still had to waste time returning it and placing a new order. If the seller had messaged me first and explained the situation, I would have left a positive review—but since they didn’t contact me at all before I posted my review, I just left a neutral one as at least they did provide the return label promptly.

    Sir as I explained in my initial response to your request, this item still had a clear sticker in place that led me to believe this item was still factory sealed. I would have never expected anyone to keep an item in this condition especially when the listing said new. I immediately replied to your request with a label and an apology. Accusing me of fraud will greatly affect my standing on ebay, I am not here to commit fraud I simply made a mistake. please revise your feedback.
