  The first cap that was sent was crushed and in pieces. I immediately messaged the seller. At first I received no response and was ready to contact EBay for assistance. I had photographed the damaged cap and the poor packaging. The seller blamed UPS. The seller did immediately send out another cap that arrived promptly and undamaged.
