While it ended up ok, it took a lot of interaction with the vendor to get things sorted out. A fake tracking number was attached to the transaction and never was removed. The tracking number showed "delivery" of a 1lb package to a location other than my address. This made ebay see it as delivered when it was not. I paid an expedited shipping charge, that was thankfully refunded upon late delivery. I was surprised the item arrived.

Seller gave FAKE tracking # (pkg size too small to be this item). FedEx said “delivered,” but nothing came. I told seller, who said “lost in transit” and “long time” to replace, though listing said 10 units avail. Once item was back in stock on AMZN, seller shipped me replacement from Amazon. Seller violated eBay drop-shipping policy by listing item not in their possession at premium, then buying it from Amazon “for” me.

Package that was pictured on the doorstep in Florida could not have been big enough to be my order. I contacted Seller, Outlet Wagon, and (2/9/25) they apologized but the item was now out of stock and they would refund the money. This has not happened but last week (2/14/25) they emailed that they were replacing the order and would give me Tracking info when it shipped. Have not heard since then.

First they take the order then contact you to tell you that they can’t get the item from their vendor or. Manufacturer - then when you tell them it’s fine you will wait - then they pretend to ship the item to you - and then cancel the order themselves. What a waste of time and hassle - stay away from these scammers . I thought eBay was a safe platform but this experience makes me feel otherwise
