I did not receive all parts listed in the description and my only option is to return the item. They had the worst packaging effort I have ever seen. Parts were floating in the box and the PC was on top of the packaging and not wrapped in it. I sent them a message and they said that I could return the item for refund. They would not send the missing parts and stopped communicating with me. *** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING FROM big_box_bargains.

Packaged very well, and shipped fast via a premium carrier. I'm stoked! My last gaming PC died during a power surge two winters ago while I was at work. I wanted to try a laptop this time. Most of them cost way too much new and I didn't want to wait around for a cheap one on black Friday. Kept my eyes for something used. This was a great deal! Great seller!
