  I received this package today with my order for 1 pair of Puma Sneakers. They were described as "new" and are an older model of Puma sneakers I had years ago, but they are "new" still. They fit great, look awesome and feel comfortable. They packed this order well enough and pretty good value overall, tho shipping cost is always a bit high regardless where you're at. NO problems or issues with this order and I'd give a positive experience with this seller and order. Thanks.

  Item not as described. Was supposed to be "new with tags" but in fact was not. Item came used with a ripped tag from a thrift store. Seller was frustrating to deal with and blunt, blamed others for problems they created by using low-cost services. Yet they seem to think they're being polite and helpful. They blamed ebay for mishaps in delivery when as a seller they can ship by whatever means they choose. They decided a used item with thrift store tags is the same as 'new with tags'.

  Oh allow me to retort. Buyer is international and sent a message saying that the item was sent to the wrong place because I used a bad carrier. I explained that we use ebay international shipping and to provide me proof showing the issue so I could talk to ebay. Suddenly they had the item and said it was not new with tags, I explained it was but that we offer free returns so if they are not happy to just open a return. I will let our rating stand as this is the 1st negative we have had. thanks
