    The Pro Flight throttle quadrant was just as described. It did need the piece that connects it to the desk, and it did not come with it originally.     I was expecting (based on description) the item to have an inline volume/mute control but this headset didn't have one so I started a return. The seller refunded my money and told me not to worry about returning the item, so that was nice. Even though the purchase didn't work out I appreciated the sellers responsiveness regarding the return. I would absolutely do business with them again.
