The item was completely brand new and sealed and the pricing was amazing. I was able to save $100 on a special toothbrush. By the way, this toothbrush is amazing and my teeth are so white!   These glasses are so pretty and it is a shame one arrived in pieces. The seller was contacted right away & they responded immediately to my query about what to do.
