    Packed in a make shift box that offered very little protection for this fragile item. That box was put into a small cushioned envelope. Item was described as undamaged yet it arrived with a very noticeable broken foot. Seller offered half refund. After looking at the original pictures, the item was displayed broken. It looked like a camera glare. Was sold as a very broken piece yet described as undamaged. I will never buy from this seller again.

    The DVD I received is defective. Tried to play it on two different DVD players and it wont work on either. Seller never responded to my concern. eBay had to step in to receive a refund. Seller needs to ensure the DVDs they sell are operable before listing and selling on eBay. I hope other buyers of their defective DVDs (or other products) will share their feedback to show the lack of honesty, integrity and professionalism of this eBay member/seller. All I can say is BUYERS BEWARE!

    The Buyer Is Lying As The DVD Disc Was Thoroughly Checked On 2 Machines And Will Play Fine If You Have A Clean, Serviced DVD Player. You Must Have Your DVD Player Periodically Serviced To Clean The Laser Lens And Remove All The Dead Insects Inside As Reported ! This Buyer Is A Hostile Human Being And Immediately Threatens Sellers As Another Lying eBay Abuser Wanting To Get Something Free !
