  This item arrived in short time & was well packed which kept it in excellent condition. It's well worth the extra money compared to the rubbish plastic alternatives, that usually require self assembly & end up breaking. The hose reel is well built of sold stainless steel & Aliminuim parts so will last a long time, plus stand up to heavy use. I was expecting the item to ship from China & take a few weeks, however it arrived in a few days so must if been in stock in thr UK.
