  I was weary about eBay as a first time buyer. I had heard over the years that it’s a site where you basically could get scammed, so purchasing a rather expensive item had me on edge. When I finally received my package and opened it and inspected it, it contained 10 hard copies and 1 paperback. Instead of 11 hard copies. But the seller was very communicative and forthright with the issue and sent a replacement free of charge, so I was appreciative and grateful.
