    Item received looking good but in internal inoperable condition seller refused a return or replacement offered a 3 percent refund. This seller in my opinion is an unethical seller only in for profit without ethics. Guess I am out $200.00. For a brocken,inoperable laptop tablet.

    The buyer is lying. Initially he asked for a 100% refund without returning. We didn't refuse any return. We just provided an partial refund option that he could decline the offer and return it. It's not decent to ask for a full refund without returning.
