    Extremely fast shipper, Item came as showed. Wire jacket on plug was loose, showing wires, but was able to be pushed back in. Appearance is exactly as described and shown in the listing. Tested and working as expected, great price. Overall good seller. If you want items quickly, I had no issues with arrival time.

    The seller's hats have tags attached, the inserts that come inside the hats, and they appear to be a new condition. The only thing that I would have liked was for them to come in at least one of the original black clover boxes, but that is definitely not a deal breaker; especially considering that the seller has them for $10 less than a lot of the other sellers online! This is a great value, and the seller was open to negotiation, which I always appreciate. Highly recommended!

    Thank you for the positive feedback, but I did not sell you a black clover hat, I sold you a Hurley Hat. That is a nice hat in the picture though.

    The item was exactly as described and arrived in a plastic bag, which was great because the box was left in an open area and got water-damaged. Thankfully, the plastic bag protected the hat perfectly, and no moisture reached it. The hat was shipped out quickly. A great seller—I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
