I contacted the seller and I was so surprised by the kindness and professionalism that was shown to correct the error of the delivery driver. They immediately shipped out another.   Everything was great no fault on their own the deliverer left the package in the lobby where it could be stolen. I saw three people eyeball in it within 20 minutes. They did not deliver to my door product work great I will buy again and again it was reasonably priced and I received it no fault on Bissell just on the deliverer.
