  I'm very happy with my purchase! When looking at the price of this keyboard on other places, it's typically a bit more expensive, so I was surprised to get it for what I bought it. It came packaged safely and had everything that was listed to be included. I bought it as a present for my sister, but I did take it out of the box to test how the typing sounded and felt. I have nothing negative to report! Happy that it arrived quickly as well! I would recommend this seller ^.^

  Item arrived was not what I ordered , did not look or the same dimensions even though it had similar the same function it was in no way the same . I Was referred to the return policy , to send it back and review to see if I may get my money back if approved even though it was not used still in package and I messaged the same day it arrived .. item wasn’t that expensive or worth the time it takes to send it back .. obviously customer service is not a priority , you should sell what is pictured ..

  Buyers claim, if true, would mean they were shipped the more expensive version of the same product. Buyer was offered a free return for an exchange, which we would have gladly fulfilled at an additional cost to us. Obviously, having received the deluxe version, buyer had no intention on downgrading, but still found it fit to attempt to leverage this situation to obtain more free product via refund or replacement without returning the item. That does not work with us.
