The store notified me immediately and, after inspecting the speakers, offered to send the same speakers again with discount (they said they weren't damaged in any way) or send a new pair. Item has arrived well packaged and has been a fantastic purchase it’s still just been on for a day so will need to settle down but what an AMP. Postage cost was fair as it was a heavy AMP coming from Italy also the courier chosen was brilliant and didn’t try to extort me on import duty. Overall very happy
