  Took an unreasonable amount of time to ship and I had to contact seller twice about it. It was also delivered overnight from Amazon, after I sent the last message about it not being shipped. Packaging was great and item is just as described. Other than shipping, everything was fine. Thank you!

  A little miscommunication on getting the item ultimately delivered by Amazon courier with the 6 digit code that kept expiring on us before it could be used to validate recipient info. We finally got it sorted out and item is fantastic and just as described. I would certainly buy from this seller again in the future.

  I never received the item that was advertised so I cannot rate it. What I did receive was a completely different LED motorcycle headlight bulb the seller purchased for $19 on Amazon and had it sent directly to me. I paid $27 for the bulb that was advertised. I am not sure what the seller's game plan was but the seller wasted a lot of my time sending emails, printing return labels, packing the bulb and driving to UPS store. Yes, the seller did refund all of my money and paid return shipping.

  Ordered from this U. S. seller even though it was 12 - 15 dollars more thinking I would get sooner. Their promise time came and went and they never sent it out. I sent several emails, they replied back several times that it was already processed and ready send. I had to contact Ebay with a not received notice and that I still wanted the item and they still had 3 listed, but after 3 more days I got a refund. Not happy with this seller! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SELLER!

  Bought on the 9th, estimated delivery 13th - 20th. Shipped from Amazon on the 19th, arrived 21st. After purchase you learn it's untracked - to you. Checking USPS site showed shipped from a location 150 miles away. No communication from seller after purchase, normally you at least get a "thank you" email. Item is factory boxed, shipped in a barely padded brown Amazon envelope. Hope the product is better than the merchant...

  Neither Ebay or this seller back the delivery of your items. If the carrier delivers it the the wrong address the seller wipes there hands. I contacted ebay about it and they said tracking shows it delivered. On the tracking it states delivered to locker. I live in a house and there is no locker. What I do have is cameras with 30 days of full recording to prove the item was never delivered. Honestly better to loose $50 dollars than have spend more on this screen.
