  The item arrive unblemished, in completely secure packaging and was completely as described. I did have an issue with the game itself and I messaged the seller and within minutes they responded with possible solutions and offered to return the item if we couldn't get the game to function properly. Their solutions worked perfectly and item was able to continue gaming with no issues less than 20 minutes after I initially messaged the seller. 10/10 customer service.   Im super impressed with this seller. To start the quality was fantastic so no issues there. I had a concern about the shipping and the seller responded to me in under a half hour and did everything they could to make sure my product arrived on time. Would definitely buy from again!

  So i bought this conkers game from them and it got lost for a month with the mailer. Watched it go across the country 3 times... the seller sent me another copy... got both copies one day after the other. They were so helpful and provided shipping label for the 2nd copy to send back would work with again. Not the sellers fault my product did a cross country tour.

  The game arrived packaged very good, and as described perfectly; only problem was seller communication with a bit of a concern I had with some additional shipping fees, I ended up having to handle the problem myself unfortunately. If you're looking for a seller who provides their time and care to help message you if needed, I would look elsewhere.

For international orders, eBay handles all shipping and customs charges directly through their Global Shipping Program, which is separate from my store. I only ship to their U.S. center, and they manage charges beyond that. Glad the game arrived safely and as described. I appreciate your feedback and hope to serve you better in the future!
