    Even though this particular Febreze scent is not to my liking, this seller was ready to assist in returning it. I had excellent customer service from this Seller. He made sure I was happy with whatever I ordered. I will most definitely purchase from this Seller again. BTW the item came packaged well and the items were fresh and new, exactly as was advertised. I love the Febreze brand, but, I must have the right scent for me.

    I did not receive this item, I contacted the seller and was told IF the same scent could be replaced in a TIMELY MANNER they would mail another as a courtesy, but after that it was out of their hands. Made me feel like they doubted my claim. I'll will contact ebay if it is not resolved. I've been with ebay many years and had ONE issue outside of this, and I really didn't like the tone of the reply from this seller
