    Where else but eBay would you find a brand new $99. (with tags) Anne Klein dress for less than $20.?? This seller has an awesome selection of items, and the dress, as described arrived in great shape and delivered on time. When clothing arrives in a plastic wrapper, remember to always be careful when opening it with scissors or knives to prevent damaging the item. Fortunately, I learned this lesson many years ago.     Overall, a good experience as the item was delayed for a very short time. When I contacted the seller, she replied promptly and informed me that she had mailed the item immediately upon the sale of the tunic. She asked me to wait a few more days. She was correct. The delay was evidently a postal delay. For the amount that I paid, I think the tunic was a good buy!
