  🚫🚧 Poor Customer Service 🚧🚫🚧Item arrived in a sort of crushed box and styro fruit padding, upon closer inspection, There was 3 dings on the glass and a few scrapes on the bezel 🚫 When installed we noticed a red pixel and touch calibration was off like warped...🚧🚫🚧Consulted the vendor and was told to "calibrate the screen" and did so but the touch screen itself was warped and causes errors in the calibration program. 🚧 Wasted time and money for a non-functioning product🚫

  The item is second-hand and has normal signs of use. The dengs are on the protective film of screen.* It is normal to have no more than three red pixels. * Calibration requires the digitized stylus, but the buyer doesn't have it.
